Tequila Sunrise is a beautiful cocktail with a gradation of orange and red. It became famous in 1972 when Mick Jagger, lead singer of the legendary British rock band The Rolling Stones, enjoyed it while performing in Mexico.

The Margarita was created by a Los Angeles bartender who entered it in a US cocktail competition in 1949 and won a prize. It is said that he named the cocktail after his girlfriend, who died in an accident.  

Matador is a bullfighter. Bullfighting has a rough image, but this cocktail doesn't have a rough taste. The pineapple and lime juice give it a fruity and refreshing taste.
